Cancellation & No-Show Policy

By booking an appointment at Refined Rogue Barbershop, you agree to the terms below:

Note: Active members are exempt from cancellation and no-show fees as part of their membership benefits.

1. Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

2. No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without contacting us in advance, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

3. Card on File & Charges

A valid card on file is required to book.

• Applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be automatically charged to your card in accordance with this agreement.

4. Exceptions Clause

We understand that emergencies happen. While this policy applies in most situations, we may waive fees in cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseen events, at our sole discretion. Please reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up.
